Copy DotNetSecurity(.exe) in the network shared folder that contains the main program.

Open this folder from the client Pc and run DotNetSecurity(.exe).

Permissions will be granted on this client Pc to run .Net programs from the network folder that contains  DotNetSecurity(.exe).
